Studio Policies

Appointments & Cancellations

To respect the time of our specialists and fellow guests, we strictly enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy.

A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings. Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments (no-shows), or late arrivals that prevent the service from being performed in full are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full price of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals

Our services are meticulously timed to ensure every guest receives our full attention. If you arrive late, your service may be shortened or forfeited to avoid delaying the next appointment. The full service fee will still apply.

Please note: Accommodation for late arrivals is at the sole discretion of management and based on daily availability.

Service & Retail Refunds

All services are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered.

For hygiene and safety, all skincare and makeup sales are final. In the event of a documented allergic reaction or a defective product, please notify us within 7 days for a potential exchange or studio credit.

Adjustments & Corrections

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with a service, we must be notified within 48 hours for nails/makeup or 7 days for skin/brow services. Any approved adjustments are offered at the discretion of management and do not qualify for refunds.

Skin & Safety Disclaimer

Results are influenced by skin type, maintenance, and history. Please notify your specialist if you are using Retin-A, Accutane, or have recently had a chemical peel, as these factors may affect your suitability for certain brow or facial treatments.

Right to Refuse Service

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior. We reserve the right to refuse service to ensure the safety and serenity of our staff and guests.
