Shipping + Returns
Lac+Beauty offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all Canadian and U.S. orders on $99 or more (not including discounts and taxes). A flat rate shipping fee of $8.00 for Canadian orders and $25.00 for U.S. orders is applied to orders under $99 before taxes and discounts. (Please note, there is no international shipping on Biologique Recherche products.)

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently only ship to Canadian and U.S. addresses, excluding PO Boxes.

Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed, with exceptions during peak holiday periods. Orders must be received by 12pm EST Tuesday-Friday to be processed on the same day. Orders received over the weekend, on Mondays and on holidays will be processed the following business day. Once your order has been processed, you will be notified with an Order Confirmation Email.

BACK ORDERED ITEMS
If your order contains back-ordered items, we will ship items as soon as they are available. For U.S. orders, please note we will hold the entire order until the back-ordered items are available. For all other inquiries regarding your order, please contact our customer care team email@example.com.
U.S. shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. Shipping, duties, taxes and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused orders. Orders cannot be shipped to a APO / FPO or P.O. Box addresses.
Shipping rates and details are as follow, all orders require a signature for delivery.
Standard - estimated delivery within 4-7 business days from processing of the order*
$15 CDN, plus applicable taxes /
Express - estimated delivery within 2-3 business days from processing of the order *
$30 CDN, plus applicable taxes
We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations. Expedited delivery may only available for select locations.
We do not currently offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
At this time, we are not able to split an order into multiple shipping destinations.
Please note that certain items which are considered hazardous materials by regulatory authorities (e.g. nail polish, pressurized spray cans, fragrance, etc.) can only be shipped via ground shipping due to air transport regulations and regulations. For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, we regret that we are unable to ship restricted items.
Once the mailed package status has been stated as "completed" or "delivered" by Canada Post or any courier company we use, Lac+Beauty is not liable for any lost in transit, missing or stolen items. No refunds will be processed.
All taxes will be applied subject to applicable federal and provincial tax legislation. All shipping and duty charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and duty costs for all purchases and any items returned by mail.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with a Lac+Beauty purchase or gift for any reason, please review our policies below.
Online purchases may be returned to the Lac+Beauty or by mail, within 14 days of the purchase date, for store credit only. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, with the original tags attached.
All returns are subject to validation and approval at Lac+Beauty’s discretion. Lac+Beauty reserves the right to limit or refuse a return, in its sole discretion.
Exchanges are available in-store only.
Sales are final on all skin care, cosmetics, gift cards, sale and promotional items.
All shipping and duty charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and duty costs for any items returned by mail.
TO RETURN TO STORE
- Bring your original invoice or order confirmation email along with the item(s) you would like to return to Lac+Beauty.
- All items must have their originals tags attached and be in their original packaging.
- Be sure to bring the credit card you used to make your online purchase and valid photo identification. Your refund will be for Lac+Beauty store credit.
TO RETURN BY MAIL:
- Contact us via email@example.com, referencing your order confirmation number with your request to return your item(s), before returning the item(s). We will issue a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be written on the outside of the package or goods will not be accepted at time of delivery.
- You can take your package to the nearest Post office or Mailbox (to find a location, please visit www.canadapost.ca). Alternatively, you may call Canada Post customer service to schedule a pick up at your home. Please keep your Canada Post receipt for tracking purposes.

- Please ensure that all items are packed and sealed securely using the original packaging; and that your original invoice or order confirmation email is included. All items must have their original tags attached or be in their original packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, then your return will be processed, and your refund will be made in the form of Lac+Beauty store credit.
- Sorry we cannot accept COD deliveries.
IF THE REFUND POLICY IS NOT FOLLOWED
If you return an item that is damaged, without authorization, without original tags attached and/or in its original packaging, lost in transit, or if the item is not returned in a timely manner following the issuance of your return authorization number, your return will not be processed.
